Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
At Caregivers Quest, I understand that caregiving can be unpredictable. My goal is to be flexible while also honoring the time I set aside for you and keeping coaching sustainable for all caregivers.
For Paying Clients
Reschedule Policy
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.
- One “grace” reschedule is available every 3 months for genuine emergencies.
Refund Policy
- Coaching packages: Refunds are available for any unused sessions.
- Single sessions: Non-refundable once scheduled, but may be rescheduled once with proper notice.
- Unused package sessions: Sessions are non-transferable and expire 6 months from the purchase date.
For Scholarship Recipients
Scholarships are made possible by the generosity of donors. In order to honor their gift, I ask recipients to commit fully to their coaching program.
Reschedule Policy
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- One emergency late cancellation is allowed during the scholarship term.
- More than two missed sessions without notice may result in the scholarship being forfeited, so another caregiver can benefit.
Refund Policy
- Scholarships are non-monetary and funded by donors, so refunds are not applicable.
- If you are unable to continue, any remaining sessions may be reassigned to another caregiver in need.

If you need to request a refund (where applicable) or reschedule a session, please send an email to dani@caregiversquest.com with your order number and a short description of your request. I’ll respond as soon as possible to help you take the next step.
